It is very important to us that you can confidently find the perfect products for you when shopping with us online.

Now, you can try our products before you buy, completely risk-free!

How it Works

  1. Add to Cart: Use the Try Before You Buy button when adding items to your cart.
  2. Checkout & Payment Hold: We temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items. It will show as pending in your account, but not paid. You won’t be charged until you decide to keep the items.
  3. Try at Home: We’ll send you a sample size together with the full-size product you’ve selected. This means you can try out the sample to ensure you’re completely happy with the product before opening and using the full-size item. You have 7 days to try your free sample once your order arrives.
  4. Complete Order: We'll send access to your Customer Portal where you can follow the steps to finalise your order. You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

Returns

If you need to return anything, we'll send you a prepaid return label by email when we receive your return request.

  • Returns must be posted within 3 days of completing the order.
  • Simply select your order and follow the steps to finalise your purchase.
  • You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

Where is this service available?

Please note this service is currently only available in New Zealand.

How does the authorisation process work?

When you use the TBYB service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorise your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorisation simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.

How do I complete my order?

Try Before You Buy orders must be completed in the Try with Mirra Customer Portal. You will be able to confirm which items you wish to purchase and request a return if needed. You will be prompted via email to complete your order within the given time frame.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order through the Customer Portal.

Will I pay a service fee for returns?

You won’t be charged for returning products to us.

Can l use a discount code?

Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.

Can I use a gift voucher (or store credit)?

Unfortunately a credit or debit card must be used for this service and therefore gift vouchers (and store credits) are not compatible.

Can I use PayPal or Afterpay?

All orders must be placed by using a debit or credit card. This is how we authorise the funds for the order, unfortunately we cannot do this with PayPal or Afterpay payment providers.
