We offer free express shipping on all orders over $75.

For orders under $75, a fixed $6.95 express shipping rate applies throughout NZ.

We aim to dispatch items within 24 hours of purchase. During public holidays and weekends, parcels will be shipped on the next available business day. Delivery will be within 1-3 business days once orders are dispatched.

We send all our packages with Signature Required service. This means the courier will request a signature when they deliver, so someone will need to be available to receive it. If you're not home, don't worry—they'll leave a 'Card to Call' so you can easily arrange a redelivery.

Weather, promotional periods, public holidays and delivery network issues can cause delivery delays.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns of damaged, used, or opened items.
  • Refunds: If a refund is warranted, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Notification: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requirements: Provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the damage.
  • Shipping Costs: We will cover all shipping costs for returning and replacing a faulty item.
